Welcome to Plant House website and our applications (each of our “Services”).  

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) states the terms and conditions on which our business supply any of the flowers listed on our site to you. Please read carefully before making an order from our site. By placing an order, you agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use policy. 

If you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact through email address ‘info@planthouse.co’ before you place an order. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full please do not use our Service. 



Planthouse.co is a website operated by Ahem Company Limited (“we” or “us” or “Plant House”), incorporated and registered in Thailand, our registered office is at 69 Moo 4 Petkaseam Road, Omnoi, Kratumbaan Samutsakorn. The Company registration number is 0745555005311 and is registered in VAT. Plant House provides all things related to flowers and other relevant products and flower delivery business. 


1.1 We encourage customers to choose their preferred tones of color more than specific type of flowers due to seasonal blooms. Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice according to the agreed preferences requested by customers.   
1.2 All products depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) and on Instagram are available for order but may not be the exact duplicate.  
1.3 In order to fulfil your order we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the www.planthouse.co website. 
1.4 Your order can be made through website and you will receive the order confirmation shortly after via your given e-mail address. 
1.5 If in any case the customer wish to change the order details; delivery date or time, one must notify us within no less than 2 days otherwise there will be an additional fee for the last minute change.


2.1 The flowers that are used will be different for each week due to seasonal blooms. We reserve the right to choose or substitute different types that is more appropriate to the arrangements.
2.2 The main tone of colors on the website are merely examples of the overall tone of color, the color in reality may slightly be a shade darker or lighter, or we might have to adjust and add other tone of colors for appropriation. 
2.3Sometimes the tone of colors that the customer preferred might not be available at the time, we will try our best to choose the closest tone of colors to the initial choice of the customer.
2.4Due to the variety types of flower, we reserved the right to design or alter the arrangement that may differ from the photos shown on the site or from the reference photos the customer has requested.
2.5 We cannot guarantee any type of flowers will or will not cause allergic reaction to the customer, if the customer is aware of their own allergies or of the recipient’s; the customer must state in the detail of the order to avoid any case of allergies.


3.1 You have the right to cancel an order before submission.  
3.2 Customers can cancel an order by contacting us directly through email or phone-call.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel your order and will be notified within good reasons and you will not be charged for any cancelled orders in accordance with this clause. 
3.4 Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by us will usually be reimbursed using the same method you used to pay for your order.  
3.5 Any order cancelled after it becomes a Started Order will be charged to you. Plant House alone will determine whether an order is a Started Order or not. 
3.6 In the case of bank transfer option, the order will automatically be cancelled if payment have not been received after 12 hours of order submission. 


4.1 The price of any order will be listed on our Service. 
4.2 All prices already include VAT. 
4.3 Delivery charges depends on the distance. 
4.4 Prices are liable to change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which you have been presented with the Confirmation Email
4.5 In the case of an obvious pricing mistake, whereby we will notify you as soon as we can about the pricing issue. You may be able to cancel your order once we notify you.  
4.6 Despite our best efforts, some of the services listed on our Service may sometimes be incorrectly priced. We will verify prices again as part of the order process.
4.7 Payment for all services can be made by credit or debit card/ LINE PAY / Paypal / Direct Bank Transfer through our Service. 
4.8 Once your order has been confirmed your credit or debit card / LINE PAY / Paypal will have been authorized and the amount marked for payment.  
4.9 We are authorized by any third parties to accept payment on their behalf and payment of the price of any service or product to us will discharge your obligations to pay such price to the third party. 
4.10 When we make a delivery, we may at our sole discretion charge you a payment processing fee which will be notified to you before you complete your order. 


5.1 Plant House offers an ordering and delivery service for flowers and plants only in Bangkok and some vicinity area.  
5.2 For other items other than flowers and plants, we offer delivery anywhere in Thailand.
5.3 Delivery hours operates from 09:30 to 21:00 for flowers and plants. 
5.4 For other delivery of items other than flowers and plants, will be delivered to you within 5-10 days for normal registered delivery. For express delivery of items other than flowers and plants, will be delivered to you within 3-5 days.
5.5 Our aim is to provide the best delivery service possible. Unfortunately, things do not always go according to plans and there are factors that may affect the delivery time such as traffic conditions and weather, which may occasionally prevent us from achieving our goals in this regard. However, we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered by the time specified with the email order confirmation.
5.6 The timing of your order is determined by taking into account the number of orders and the circumstances being faced by us at that time.


6.1 Should you cancel your order before it become a Started Order, we will refund your order. If you are unhappy with your order upon reception we may over to replace or refund your order, however we do ask that you let us know with an hour of receiving the order and other related information. Given we cannot control the environment where any perishable orders may be place once delivered, therefore beyond this time scale, we cannot give refunds. Where there is a query regarding a refund Planthouse will seek to review each situation and try and find an amicable solution. However, our decision on such matters will be final. 


7.1 No party shall be liable to the other for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, any of the following: governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in clause 11 shall excuse the Customer from any payment obligations under this Agreement. 


These terms contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter. 


Plant House may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you every time you make an order.
